Second maladministration issue

--Manhole everywhere and Tarmac (asphalt roads)--

If anyone have been to Tawian, the one will notice one thing first in Taiwan which is the manhole problem...

In my own experiences, I had two terrible experiences for the manholes and Tarmac.
